Step #7 Provide us with ‘godly’ models of Compliance.
Taking liberty with the facts, Pastor has many Stories of Compliance. There’s the former Spanish pastor of bygone days who “repented of sin” (Really? Who knew?!) and was healed on his deathbed by Pastor Scott. (FYI. Nada true. However, pastor did set out to “Steal the hearts/lives” of said Spanish pastor’s grandchildren. Three even ran away from home as young teens to “serve god” (pastor). BTW, those same kids, now adults, have “counseled” other young teens to run away from home to guess Who? We will hide them from their folks. Yeah, Sigh, it is ugly. And you know our pastor who obeyed god (uh pastor) divorced his wife/kids, refused to pay child support, took wife back, his daughter died tragically, came back to bury her, wife grief-stricken asked to stay stateside to grieve, he divorced her again, remarried a girl (literally as old as his daughter) in Africa. Godly. Compliant. (FYI, this is Not what we were told. This is the true Mini-Version. What we are told is the Calvary Temple-Compliant Version. We get lied to. We lie. It’s simple stupid, what don’t you understand?
Just a Few of our Heroes of the faith. Faith in Pastor Scott’s sick song of Death and Destruction to ourselves/our families in a Vain pursuit of trying to please God.
How sad. How wrong. How ungodly.
But God says, “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows ‘houses, and for a pretence make long prayer:therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves…even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity…ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city” (Matthew 23:14-15, 28, 33-34). “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24).
