Treason Within

“A (church) can survive its Fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive Treason From Within…An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the Traitor moves amongst those within the (church) freely, his Sly Whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of (Christendom) itself.”
“For the Traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his Victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He Rots the Soul of a (Church), he works secretly and unknown in the Night to Undermine the Pillars of the (Church), he infects the Body….so that it can no longer Resist.” -Cicero (106-43 BC)
But God says, “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears” (Acts 20:28-31).

"Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for Israel. Whenever you receive a message from me, warn people immediately. If I warn the wicked, saying, ‘You are under the penalty of death,’ but you fail to deliver the warning, they will die in their sins. And I will hold you responsible for their deaths." Ezekiel 3:17-18 NLT
