But God says, “For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me” (Isaiah 47:10-11).

Finding Dory

Ok, so Pastor has a Thing for Disneyland. Hence our Stranger-than-Fiction Calvarytempleland stories. (Pun Intended) Everything here is a Production. We devise our ‘Family Friendly’ animations to Razzle/Dazzle the minions below. Grab your bowl of Popcorn. Settle back in that Folding Chair for a Show! We just LOVE You To Death. After 20 Years we have Finally Found Dear Dory’s Family! (Cheesy Smile)

Gosh. Gee Whizz. Wish it was as Decent/Delightful as Disneys’ show. But ah, no such luck. Just another Pastoral ploy/attempt at Impression Management for Easily-Wow’d Minions. Pastor is not Sorry. Folks are not Mortified at the Silent Treatment For Two Decades. Bestowed with LOVE upon their Real/Live/Parents. On Pastor’s orders. How sad.

Pastor needs to Watch a few More Disney productions. There is Good. And there is Bad. What we Produce in Calvarytempleland is Bad. Definitely not ‘G Rated’. More like ‘R Rated’, as in Run For Your Lives!

But God says, “For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. And they went to another village” (Luke 9:56). “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10).

Hasty Pudding? Does Anybody Eat That Stuff?

“I’ve shared this before we have number of pastors can quote a whole lot of bible than I can. Know much more word than I know. And they are men that can also hear from God in addition to their knowledge. But I do know one thing over all these years. I can hear from God and I immediately do what he tells me. Immediately! Many of you know that. Some of you have been on the other end of that. But when God speaks to me, something happens. I’m gonna do whatever he tells me. Doesn’t matter what God says to me, I’m doing it.”

Scary! This sounds awfully psycho Pastor. What if that little voice in your head is NOT God? It doesn’t matter what it says?! I’m pretty sure lots of evil-doers follow that recipe for disaster. It explains how you destroyed the homes of several families in the past few years. Without any warning. Ka-boom. Lets see, how many kids have you made cry by “killing” their parent(s)? All in God’s name of course. Or how many parents have had their children ruined and cast away by your toxic counsel? BTW, what are you going to do with all those young women you made leave their husbands lately?

Sigh. You are dangerous man. You are not Christ-like. Abraham, Moses, Elijah, Peter, Paul, Jesus Himself all talked with God about their hesitation and even debated at times. It’s not sin. The servant of the Lord, who believes, does NOT make haste. (Isaiah 28:16). Stop trying to scriptural-ize your evil deeds. Besides sounding weird, your logic of the Bible is flawed.

But God says, “Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth” (Proverbs 19:2). “Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God:for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth:therefore let thy words be few” (Ecclesiastes 5:2). “The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want” (Proverbs 21:5). “Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? There is more hope of a fool than of him” (Proverbs 29:20). “Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly” (Acts 19:36).

A Disney Classic

Pastor likes Disney World. It is one of his family’s favorite vacation spots. He is confused, however, because Christ’s likeness is not Disneyworld-likeness.

Yes we all love happy endings. And pastor promises us a happy ending if we obey him. We are like sleep walkers in a dream. Singing a song.

I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream
I know you, that look in your eyes is so familiar a gleam
And I know it’s true that visions are seldom all they seem
But if I know you, I know what you’ll do
You’ll love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream

And we are singing it to our pastor — how terribly sad. It is only a dream.

But God says, “But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord” Jeremiah 9:24). “For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth” (Job 19:25). “Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding” (Isaiah 40:28).
